自2012年起，香草騎士(香草農夫)的創辦人味正琳師傅就投身於推廣Taiwan Vanilla Beans的工作，並專注於香草莢的發酵技術，精心製作風味獨特、不輸原產地馬達加斯加的台灣香草莢，香草騎士香草莢呈現深棕色，質地柔軟而油亮，內藏豐富的香草籽，散發出經典的香甜味，帶有淡淡的焦糖和木質餘韻。
我們提供各種香草相關產品，包括Taiwan Vanilla Beans、Vanilla Extract、Vanilla Powder等。此外也提供一日香草農夫體驗，讓有興趣的人可以親自認識香草的種植過程！香草農夫（香草騎士）不僅提供這些珍貴的香料，更致力於教育和推廣香草的種植與使用，帶領客戶體驗從土地到餐桌的香草之旅。

台灣天堂香水香草莢
台灣天堂香水香草莢(Heavenly Perfume V.pompona)是由香草騎士精心栽培和製作的珍貴香草品種之一，經過九年的種植、交種、馴化、量產，成功打造屬於台灣的巨型香草莢，與其他香草品種相比，天香香草莢更為粗壯，也有著香蕉香草莢的稱號，帶有可可、焦糖、莓果風味，尾韻的花香極為濃厚。

We offer Taiwan Bourbon Vanilla Beans in three size options: over 20 cm, 16-18 cm, and Grade B Black Beans measuring 13-15 cm. Taiwan-grown Bourbon Vanilla Beans are renowned for their rich aroma and sweetness, featuring subtle layers of caramel, woody, and floral notes. These vanilla beans are often used in premium baking and dessert-making, enhancing the flavor of dishes and adding a unique touch to traditional desserts like vanilla ice cream, buttercream, and cakes.
