2017年4月15日，園區裡的花苞開了第一朵香莢蘭花朵，這正是在預告著，忙碌的授粉期來臨了~
香莢蘭要生長到能開花必須要至少1年6個月以上，大約在每年1-3月期間，花序會生長於節上。

一般莖蔓上能同時抽生1-30個花序，花朵會在每天大約清晨5~6點開放約1-3朵，我們必須在這個時間上進行人工授粉~因為花朵開花到凋謝僅約6-8小時，等過陣子開始授粉時，在持續跟大家分享

Through technology transfer from the Taoyuan Agricultural Research Institute, he began cultivating vanilla plants (Vanilla planifolia) and adopted a new identity as a "vanilla farmer." He founded the brand "Vanilla Knight," focusing not only on creating exquisite desserts but also on promoting the production of premium vanilla beans in Taiwan. Vanilla Knight has become Taiwan's first dessert shop to own a vanilla plantation.
