就要邁向2018年了，豆莢也快進入了採收期，每日園區管理，也要觀察豆莢的生長狀況，可能是微量元素之補充不足，有些豆莢末端已明顯的變黃，但實際原因還有待觀察。
目前暫時不做任何處理，就讓它在枝上自然乾燥，順便紀錄變化之情形。
香草豆莢之長度，以馬達加斯加為例，平均約16-18公分，正常最大長度約為27公分，當然長度不是絕對，還要依乾燥後的含水量、顏色、外觀、香氣等來做評鑑。
香草騎士園區，目前紀錄最長的香草豆莢約為25公分，紀錄時還真是興奮，雖然長莢整體數量不多，目標還是以果莢長度均衡為主，且果莢越長價格越高，消費者端購買的意願度降低，但表示園區植株健康，根系發展健全，養分吸收良好，希望明年也會有更好之成績，在破紀錄

He founded the brand "Vanilla Knight," focusing not only on creating exquisite desserts but also on promoting the production of premium vanilla beans in Taiwan. Vanilla Knight has become Taiwan's first dessert shop to own a vanilla plantation.
